Author / John
51 Minute Listen
Concussions, supplements, and saving your brain.
At our recent Power Athlete Coach Collective, Coach Dr. Hunter Waldman dropped a grenade on the room with his deep dive into concussions, micro-impacts, and brain health.
Most people think concussions only happen when the lights go out and the crowd gasps, but what if the real damage comes from the hits you don’t even feel? The thousands of sub-concussive impacts that slowly erode your focus, your mood, and your performance.
In his talk, Hunter breaks down the science of micro-trauma, how these repeated blows affect the brain over time, and, most importantly, how to fight back. From key supplements and nutrition strategies to support neural recovery, to the emerging research on metabolic health and brain resilience.
This episode is a must-listen for any coach, athlete, or parent serious about protecting what’s between the ears.
