How to outlast, outperform and stay in the game.
Durability isn’t just about grit, it’s the fourth pillar of performance most athletes completely overlook. Dr Ben Skutnik, Power Athlete Certified Coach and Nutrition Ninja, is pulling back the curtain on what durability really means. Recorded live at our 2025 Coach Collective, Ben tears apart the old model that leaves athletes fragile and introduces a new system built for real-world strength, longevity, and unstoppable performance.
You’ll see why most training programs are leaving you vulnerable to breakdowns, burnout, and wasted potential. Ben lays out the strategies, tactics, and mindset shifts you need to build a body and mind that can handle the grind day in, day out, without falling apart. This isn’t theory. This is a blueprint for anyone serious about dominating their sport and staying in the game for the long haul.
Stop chasing volume and flashy workouts. Train smarter, tougher, and more durable.
