No filter, no feel-good BS, just the best Power Athlete Radio clips of 2025.
Everyone talks about recovery, but what happens when it’s not just soreness, it’s an actual injury?
Australian physiotherapist and athlete, Tayla Cannon, joins me to cut through the noise and share what really works for staying durable, rehabbing injuries, and getting back stronger.
Tayla draws from her dual experience as a clinician and competitive athlete to expose common rehab myths, explain why most “recovery hacks” fail, and break down the strategies that actually keep you performing at your best. She also shares her personal journey with injuries, what she learned the hard way, and how she rebuilt strength and resilience along the way.
If you want to train smarter, recover faster, and bounce back stronger after injuries, this episode is a must-listen.
