The fall of a pioneer and the myths still holding athletes back.
Art De Vany has passed, and with him goes one of the original minds that challenged the machine of modern fitness. I sit down with Robb Wolf to reflect on De Vany’s impact, the rise of ancestral fitness, and how we arrived at today’s broken strength and health culture.
We’re also looking at Robb’s work, including The Evolution of Fitness and Sacred Cow, as we dismantle nutrition myths, question institutional science, and call out the incentives that keep bad ideas alive. If you care about strength, longevity, nutrition, and truth over trends tune in now.
