The hard lessons learned from 90 days of disciplined training, structured nutrition and accountability.
What actually happens when you commit (fully) to 90 days of disciplined training, structured nutrition, and real accountability?
I’m sitting down with Certified Power Athlete Coach and Nutrition Ninja, Dr. Ben Skutnik, to break down the real-world results of our HAMMER 90 Challenge, sharing what worked, what sucked, and what surprised them most as they review participant outcomes.
This isn’t a highlight reel. It’s an honest post-mortem on fat loss plateaus, strength gains in a deficit, mental resilience, and why community pressure might be the most powerful performance enhancer there is.
We’re digging into the lessons learned from the first wave, and how those lessons are shaping the evolution of the program moving forward.
If you’ve ever wondered whether a structured challenge can actually change your body and your habits, or if you’re sitting on the fence waiting for the “right time”, this conversation might be the nudge you didn’t know you needed.
