| Ep 849 – Hard-Earned Hypertrophy Lessons

Author / John

1 Hour 13 Minute Listen

What we wish we knew before chasing size.

Hypertrophy isn’t complicated, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. I sit down with Power Athlete resident Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofiani, to dissect the muscle-building lessons we paid for in blood and sweat over years under the bar.

This isn’t bro science theory, it’s decades of training, coaching, and watching athletes either grow or spin their wheels chasing pump over progress. We break down what actually drives muscle growth, unpacking what we wish we’d known when we first started chasing size (so you don’t have to learn it the hard way).

If your goal is to add lean muscle mass, increase strength, and push your training to the next level, tune in.

If you want to dominate your life, crush your goals, and hear straight talk from the world’s best, SUBSCRIBE to Power Athlete Radio – because iron sharpens iron:
