| Ep 853 – The Grind to ADCC w/ Felipe Costa

Author / John

1 Hour 21 Minute Listen

Pressure, pain, and podium: inside Felipe Costa’s Pursuit of ADCC Glory.

I sit down with resident Power Athlete Dragon Slayer and BJJ black belt assassin, Felipe Costa. From growing up in Brazil to becoming one of the most dangerous young heavyweights in the sport, Felipe has been sharpening his weapons under the legendary Alexandre Ribeiro out of Six Blades, and building a résumé stacked with IBJJF titles stacking wins across gi and no-gi competition.

With a fight looming next week and his sights locked on ADCC 2026 (the proving ground for the best grapplers on earth) he breaks down what it takes to survive in a sport where one mistake gets you choked unconscious. We get into training camps, mindset, recovery, and the reality of preparing for the highest level of competition in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. If you want to understand what separates champions, this episode is for you.
