Most athletes think they’re training for hypertrophy, but they’re really just accumulating fatigue.
Certified Power Athlete Coach, Dr Ben Skutnik and I break down why your current approach isn’t delivering real muscle growth, and what actually drives hypertrophy that carries over to performance and unpacking the philosophy behind our Hypertrophy Standard Seminar at Power Athlete HQ in Austin, TX (May 29–30).
This is not a lecture. Not a boring seminar. It’s a 2-day, hands-on training experience designed to fix what’s holding you back. This isn’t theory. It’s coached lifting, real-time feedback, and direct access to me and the Team.
From effective reps and proximity to failure to execution and recovery, this is the framework most lifters are missing. If you’ve been putting in the work but not seeing the results, you’ll want to tune in for this.
