Are peptides the future of performance or just another shortcut?
Peptides have gone from underground whispers to mainstream obsession. Everywhere you look, people are talking about BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-C, SS-31, NAD+, and a growing list of compounds promising faster recovery, better performance, improved body composition, and even longer life. But how much of the hype is backed by real science, and how much is fueled by wishful thinking and social media marketing? Dr Kirk Parsley is back to cut through the noise.
We break down what peptides actually are, why they’ve exploded in popularity, and which compounds show the strongest evidence for healing, recovery, performance, and healthy aging. From tissue repair and mitochondrial function to longevity and metabolic health, Doc Parsley explains what the research says, and what it doesn’t.
For athletes already doing everything right, this one lays out where peptides belong in the hierarchy of optimization and whether they’re worth the investment.
