1 Hour 32 Minute Listen

What separates people who work out from people who perform.

Most people confuse strength with athleticism. They chase bigger numbers, harder workouts, and more complicated exercises, yet never become more capable when it actually matters.

I sit down with Certified Power Athlete Master Coach, Dr Ben Skutnik, to unpack the coaching principles that separate athletes from people who simply train. We cover movement quality, athletic problem-solving, force production, coaching progression, transfer to sport, and why mastering the basics will always outperform chasing the latest trend.

Whether you’re a coach writing programs, an athlete looking to perform at a higher level, or someone who simply wants to move better for life, this conversation breaks down decades of my NFL experience, coaching, and education into practical lessons you can apply immediately.
