I'm not a "field sport" athlete, is this for me?

ANSWER

It doesn't matter if you are a 10 year NFL pro like John, the guy who writes the programming, a rec league MVP, a sprinter, baller, hurdler, wrestler, surfer, lifter, drifter, or soldier. Or a champ stuck behind a desk wanting to change their life. We tailor our systems to empower those that know they always have more to give and further to go as athletes.


QUESTION

Does this program have olympic lifting?

ANSWER

Field Strong is a performance based program; we regularly use the power variations of the olympic lifts for Field Strong training. The program will occasionally use the full variations of the lifts. We find these to be the most valuable tools in improving power, strength and speed.


QUESTION

Will this program help me become a better Olympic lifter?

ANSWER

We don’t know if it will help ​you​. Many following Field Strong that their olympic lifts.


QUESTION

I'm law enforcement, military, fire, etc. and have specific testing, will this program help?

ANSWER

Yes. The program allows for "SPP" or specialized days. You would train specifically for your testing on these days.

What if I don't have all the equipment?

ANSWER

If you don't have a piece of equipment, we could have a solution for you! We have an "do it yourself" equipment list and movement substitution thread in the forums on www.PowerAthleteHQ.com that can help.

I can't do "that lift" because I hurt "this thing" what am I supposed to do now?

ANSWER
