WHAT IS IRON FLEX?
Our Iron Flex accessory program gives athletes of all skill levels the best approach to preparing for daily training as well as a movement sequence for active recovery days.
Your ability to perform and train is predicated on how well you can move your body. The movement sequences are designed to prepare you for any upcoming workouts, as well as improve the movement of ANY individual, no matter how athletic you are!
Iron Flex is for those who are having a hard time recovering, or have plateaued in their training. This preparatory work brings you back to the basics, improves your range of motion through the spine, shoulders, hips and ankles, and gets you prepped for the days training.
Our full body approach to movement prep pairs with any training program. Complete Iron Flex sessions before your training session and on your active recovery days.

The warm ups get you sweaty and ready. Our Iron Flex accessory program consists of our proprietary movements that not only get you sweaty and ready, they drastically improve your ability to move. We're building tensile strength, tension to task ability, mobility, stability, and coordination through space!
