It’s All about Attitude.

This week we give Tait Fletcher a warm Power Athlete welcome at our headquarters in Southern California.  Get to know our guest on almost every level imaginable through what can only be described as the quintessential bro-sesh.  Our typical format of half bitch, a quarter laughing at our own jokes, and a quarter of relevant training information goes straight to hell as we dive balls deep into hot button current events.

Make no mistake, though. Tait Fletcher has expertise, knowledge, and heart where it counts.  A former pro fighter and current boss of Caveman Coffee Co, Tait stays busy running a training facility and working on his own fitness.  It’s obvious that his dynamic skill set has enabled him to rub elbows with professional athletes, actors, and of course D-List jamokes like ourselves.

This is a dense one people, but VERY worth the listen.  Tait Fletcher exudes positivity and his humor is infectious.  But don’t take my word for it…be an adult and hear for yourself.  This is episode 128.

By far one of my favorite episodes of the podcast. Barely any training talk and I didn’t care one bit. Thanks for putting out high quality content on such a consistent basis.

We should give a t-shirt to anyone who listened to all 2.5 hours of it.

Among the most magnetic qualities of PAHQ staff is your unerring devotion to self-sufficiency and personal fortitude. This is paralleled by your “don’t be a douche and use the internet as your soap box if you don’t know what the fuck you’re talking about” underpinnings.

The rant about institutionalized racism did a disservice to both. The idea that minorities are “assigned” to their station in life and that they possess less capacity for self improvement than any other person is utter nonsense and frankly, a good example of a racial stereotype.

Tait seems like a great guy I’ve heard him before both on his own and on Rogan’s podcasts.

Rhonda Patrick was on his show once, and she did a good job at reigning him in. It was then that I saw his tendency to take ideas to an extreme. So, keep that in mind when listening to this.

@forrest I don’t think that was what they were referring to IRT institutionalized racisim. It was referring the the justice system and government as a whole, not an attack at minorities. Might be worth relistening to get the context correct.

Love listening to Tait Fletcher, dude has some interesting perspectives on life that most people never think about. He’s on my short list of “people you’d just want to hang out with and talk about life.” He has been at both ends of the spectrum, seen some serious lows in life, and ultimately has been able to do exactly what he has wanted to do and achieved success. And Caveman coffee rocks.

And @cali shirt size is a large in case you want to send a t-shirt my way for listening.

I stopped sending my personal clothes long ago but I may be able to swing some PA swag…

Great 2.5 hours of discussion, when does the coffee hit the market?

Tidying up the last minute details. A week or two.
