raphruiz2More than a coach.

This week we host long time friend and fellow strength and conditioning coach, Raphael Ruiz.  A brief review of his resume includes professional athletes from virtually any sports background you can think of.  Currently, Raph is tied up coaching a rag tag group of folks headed to Rio.  You may know them as the US Men’s and Women’s Swim Team.

As you’ll hear, Ruiz is a man’s man and a coach’s coach.  He’s direct but respectful, inquisitive but skeptical.  This balance helps provide Raph with a reputation that precedes him…and the fact that his methods have yielded amazing athletic performance.

In this episode, the conversation meanders through the intricacies of learning and resorting to the optimal posture and position of sport all the way down to the personality of an elite performer.  Learn what Master Splinter has learned without the pain staking years of trial and error…right here, right now.

I might be missing it, but I don’t see the play button on this episode. It also didn’t show up in my instacast subscription.
