The secret is there is no secret.
When it comes to setting goals in the world of strength and conditioning, anyone who trains will tell you there is no secret to achieving them. It’s a matter of putting in the work. As you’ll hear in this week’s episode, our guest speakers at the Power Athlete Symposium lend their expertise in how to optimize your time and energy in order to achieve more.
No subject matter could be more appropriate as we head into a brand new year. Andy Stumpf explains how in life, every person really has two choices. There is discipline and there is regret. No worthwhile goal is ever met without sacrifice, persistence, and vigilance.
Dr. Tom Incledon, Robb Wolf, and John join Andy in shaping a successful mental, physical, and physiological approach to training in this epic mash up. I know you’re hungover, we’re all hungover. But it’s time to get vertical and start 2016 with Power Athlete Radio.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
This year Power Athlete is challenging you to be more than the average cliche resolutionist, or “Resi” as Luke calls them. Instead, make the conscious decision day in and day out to live the Domino Effect. Every choice you make leads you closer to one of two things, your goal or regret.
