 Promo149Clear and make ready.

This week we are getting the band back together to catch each other and the listening audience up on each of our live’s adventures. In true Luke Summers form, he reminds us that no overseas CrossFit Football trip can occur without some kind of ridiculous story. John also checks in to confirm that raising kids is still as complicated as advertised.  He recently welcomed his third perfect offspring into this world, Cash Welbourn. And me. I finally get an opportunity to sync up with the guys and discuss how I’ve been keeping busy for the past 7 months.

Trials, Tribulations, Training, and Talking shit about Tex! When the Power Athlete Crew gets together without him, one thing is guaranteed.  We will take advantage of his absence and jokes will be made at his expense. It’s officially spring and unless you’re really into gardening, that doesn’t mean anything to you.

For the record, I was not praying for Cali to come back onto the show. I was praying for Cali to get some snow. Tahoe was warm at the time.

    I’ll work on my enunciation.
