There is Always Another Challenge

The voice of the early episodes of Power Athlete Radio is BACK! Joining us at PAHQ on a “traincation” is Denny K [@dkrerowicz]. We catch up with our good buddy over some banter about goal setting, the gainzz he’s making in the Strongman world, and so much more. Older, wiser, and a shitton stronger is the best way to describe this early adopter of CrossFit Football and Power Athlete. The struggle for lifting awkward shit is real, but Denny K’s passion for doing it is realer.

Over the years, Denny has taken on athletes of all backgrounds and sports. Hear Luke and Tex flesh out the details on how to approach each of these athletes’ potential limiting factors. The consensus is that lack of adequate mentoring, particularly for the youth, is the ultimate disservice. How can a coach step up to the plate? Is it leading by example, talking with the parents, or creating a culture there the athlete is steeped in images of success? Find out today.

This show was a nice mix of training advice, anecdotes, and an intervention.
