A Movement Matrix for All.

This week’s episode with Julien Pineau [@StrongFit1] wastes absolutely no time diving into the issues of training and organizing programming to expose athletes’ weaknesses. A passionate Pineau explains the balance of internal and external rotation as the perfect marriage. The goal is for that marriage to result in a beautiful, performance enhancing baby named…TORQUE. Then that baby grows up kicking everyone’s ass and getting plenty of chicks. The education never ceases at PAHQ and thanks to Julien, a fellow performance junky, we are constantly evaluating the way we perceive movement.

Hear how Julien consistently refers to the “end game” using chess as a perfect metaphor for movement and performance. With each chess piece serving a specific purpose, it’s impossible to ignore their importance particularly when the end game is near. All this and tales of a mutual friend, George Zangas, round out this meeting of the minds.
