New year, Get Yoked.

No athlete, regardless of talent or ability, is beyond the scrutiny of PAHQ. This week The Crew battles the bullshit and continues to uphold movement and nutrition standards even for elite performer. Luke, Tex, and Leah Kay talk through your questions as submitted through instagram providing each with their own expertise.

It may be a new year but some things never change…like the desire for fitness resolutionists to unravel the mysteries of the Universe. For instance: “What’s the optimal nutrition for emphasizing different energy systems? Best DOMS cure? And how do I get jacked in 30 days?” The answer to all of these questions, of course, is steroids. Lots and lots of uninhibited steroid use. But don’t take my opinion for it, get the real responses from The Crew and details on the new jumpstart programs  #Jackhammer and #LeanAndAble today.
