SLEEP, FOOD, MOVEMENT, & COMMUNITY

Robb Wolf [@dasrobbwolf] needs no introduction. For as long as man has been obsessing over macro splits, locally sourced bee pollen, and organic beard conditioner, we have been lucky enough to have Robb reel us back in to reality. A dear friend of PAHQ and a downright smarty pants, he has made the concepts of eating healthfully accessible to both the athlete and the every-man.

In his second book, Wired to Eat, Robb dives into how to determine if the foods you’re consuming are actually making you sick. In this week’s episode, he discusses at length what he’s learned since his last publication and how’s he’s dedicated to putting the information out there for people to grab on to. Robb has always been a conveyor of science and continues to battle the nutrition bullshit.
