Exceptional Excitability

When your Crew includes sometimes special guest, John Welbourn, you podcast harder than most. What does that mean? Absolutely nothing. What Power Athlete Radio does guarantee is that you will learn something about something about strength and conditioning AND movies. This week we take your IG questions and hammer you with knowledge. The fire rises when The Crew discusses training for performance vs fitness. Although this is a common PA theme, this week’s questions force the bro’s to look at posture and position from a different angle.

Special guest, John Welbourn, joins us for another addition of the Premier Podcast in Strength and Conditioning. From excitability and arousal to dorsiflexion and the “toes forward debate”, The Crew answers your questions from IG. You wanted to know which movie is better, Predator or Terminator II, and we gave the unanimous decision. That’s right…time well spent battling the bullshit that matters most to us. Touch tummies with your training partner and reach maximum excitability because a fresh Crew episode is available. Listen NOW!

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

We are now just two short months out from the Power Athlete Symposium on December 7, 8, 9. If I haven’t successfully convinced you that it is THE strength and conditioning event of the year perhaps this will: when previous attendees were asked to described the experience with just one word, this was the feedback. “Powerful, infotaining, breathtaking, innovative, attractive, team player…” I am so sorry. I was reading the wrong thing…that is actually Tex’s linked in page. Regardless, most of those still apply.
