Relying on Athleticism

It’s officially January in 2019 and that means the masses have finally decided to get their shit together, if only for the next 2 weeks. While you’re slurping down six new supplements from Amazon, adjusting the unforgiving crotch on your compression pants, and making sure your drone gets a 360 of your ssssick elliptical warm up….maybe tune in to someone who knows a shitton more about “fitness” than we do. You’ve heard of a body that won’t quit? Josh Bridges [@bridgesj3] has that and then some. Hear about he adapted his SEAL and wrestling mindset to become one of the fittest on this flat Earth. You won’t complain about how your “knee hurts when it rains” after hearing about his dislocation injury and incredible comeback.

This week we welcome one of the biggest names in renowned competition: The MustacheGames. When Josh Bridges isn’t tending to the hair garden that is his face, he enjoys sculpting and toning his physique. His chosen exercise regime…constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity. We all know Josh for continuously crushing souls as a six time CrossFit Games competitor and for proudly serving his county, not as a pirate impersonator at a popular family amusement park, but as a former Navy SEAL. Just listening to Josh discuss his wrestling background, coaching his kids, preparing for competition, recovery practices, and much more.. is guaranteed to improve your fitness. Simply perform one burpee each time listening to how much he’s accomplished makes you feel bad about yourself.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
