The Birthday Episode

This week we are retroactively celebrating the birthdays of both John and Tex. In this episode you’ll get tales of birthday’s past and answers to your questions…both training and personal. When was Luke most recently propositioned for an orgy while at sea? And why did John end up spending his 21st birthday with Wayne Newton? Finally, some relevant training questions from the Johnnie WOD and Grindstone feed. After editing out about 10 minutes of the guys trying to figure out how to use the echo effect, I bring you…Episode 305.
It’s wedding season! And Birthday season at Power Athlete HQ. This week we celebrate with recent aging athletes, Tex and John and find out…do your bones really tell you when it’s going to rain? Your tough questions and few tales of birthday’s past round out this week’s episode. Still interested in WODing so hard with The Crew at PAHQ in Texas? The Johnnie WOD Training Camp is just a few weeks away on April 26 & 27 so make sure you’re fully tan, mostly shaved, and ideally at peak arousal. Food, training, beers, bros. DO IT.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

Now for a word about the Johnnie WOD Training Camp on April 26 and 27. To me it sounds like one big pillow fight disguised as a full on brofest. Which I’m inclined to like the sound of both. Basically you’re going to turn up in Dripping Springs, Tx and train hard, eat hard, and cuddle even harder. That’s right. Johnnie WOD brings a whole new meaning to the term “meat sweats” and there is only one way to experience it. Live, in-person, and shirtless. If you’re uncomfortable, several dozen beers will help.
