Power Athlete HQ is here.  Consider this “Phase 1” of many as we build out the rest of this site.  On the horizon are plenty of  bells and whistles such as a mobile version of the site, our Power Athlete Academy, plenty of blog posts, podcasts, live chat, virtual coaching just to name a few things.  Keep checking back as the site will be continually growing into a comprehensive resource for training the Power Athlete.

I’ve never heard of PowerAthleteHQ before….it would have been nice to have some warning or maybe someone could have posted a banner for a few years at CFFB.com.

Sweet site, looking forward to the team challenge

    BOOM! Awesome stuff.

A quick question about the team series: Do members of the team have to come from the same gym or can “super” teams be developed through membership at the CFFB boards, or otherwise across gyms…? Is that cheating or just good team building?

@Steven Platek- Members can come together from all over Middle Earth. Is that a LOTR reference? You better believe it.

I know in the video John said the workouts are still going to be posted on CFFB, but is there going to be any new programming on here eventually? A few months ago when the test site popped up temporarily, it seemed to indicate there would be new programming.

This site is going to evolve into whatever Power Athlete Nation needs.

iron sharpens iron reminds me of “paying the iron price”, both of which are very badass.

Sooooooo no definitive answer on whether those Field Strong or Big Monkey programs will be coming along this year?

    • luke on February 20, 2013 at 11:18 am

There is no programming on this site. “Field Strong” and “Big Monkey” are types of athletes we come across, not training systems. The only thing on the docket in terms of programming is private coaching. That would be provided on a private blog that would be visible based on your login credentials. This would be a service for specific athletes that choose to pay for that service.

All public programming will be found on http://www.crossfitfootball.com.

      Good luck with your training!

      Luke
