Author / John

It’s the holidays and family and friends tend to pull you in every direction.  Everyone is susceptible to it, even the Power Athlete Radio crew!  In lieu of a recorded show this week we put together an audio rendition of our Coach’s Round Table from last week.  This is something that you’ll see a lot more of in the future on variety of topics that will influence the gym owner, coach, athlete, and of course, garage gym junkie!  The video can be seen here if you are interested in the visual experience!

To participate in future live broadcasts, be sure you set up a Google+ account and go and “+1” (the facebook equivalent to “liking”) the Power Athlete page right away!

Happy holidays!
