A week late and a dollar short.  The PARadio production team takes the blame on this one.  Steve and Denny court special guests ABell from the Power Athlete Nation and Cali from Power Athlete HQ.  It’s only about 10 minutes until ‘Professor Booty’ makes an appearance, and then 30 minutes in the nerd herd immerges!

Cali Hinzman

A strength and conditioning coach since 2009, Cali has worked with numerous athletes spanning from rugby players to cross country skiers. Almost immediately after finding CrossFit in 2010, she was introduced to a program that better suited her athletic goals. With her existing background in powerlifting and football, she became a natural devotee to CFFB/PowerAthlete and testament to it's effectiveness. In 2012, she left D.C. and headed for the state named after her to be a part of the CrossFit Football Seminar Staff and a Jedi of Power Athlete HQ. Cali currently resides in Seattle where she works full time in law enforcement.

    Two things… First, I LOVE how ABell is about to disagree and gets “disconnected”… well done Cali!

    Second, I AM a mad scientist when it comes to data. I wasn’t available for this show but YES ADD RESULTS TO COMMENTS. We can manage either way, but it’s MUCH simpler if you post to the same day. If you want to show off, which we all do, then just double post (on the day of the workout, and the current day). We can handle that.

    And for pete’s sake people, go to Gravatar and get yourselves an avatar for PAHQ!

    It was a lot of fun to be on the Podcast with Steven, Denny, and Cali. They are all pretty funny and take the podcast seriously, I thought we would just shoot the shit a bit but there was a whole plan, it was awesome.

    To add to my non-existent comments about power cleans…do them unless you compete. I power snatch because full snatching is inconsistent so I’d rather get some heavy reps in then struggle with lighter weight.

    How many teams are coming out of your box? I believe we have two or three registered out of mine – Crossfit Dynamo in Cumming. Have you heard of any other teams? Also, will Caleb be competing?

    The make-up of our team is not yet solidified, because of various seminars and what have you.
