Would You Recommend The Anabolic Diet While Doing Field Strong?

It seemed like even John was surprised at Mauro’s recommendation to leave the carbs out of the post-workout meal. I know I was. Are you guys planning on trying this approach for yourselves or potentially altering the PA diet advice?

I’m surprised there aren’t more comments here, given everything we know about increased insulin-independent GLUT4 receptors post-workout. Also, would the insulin response from protein alone be enough to blunt the catabolic effects of exercise-induced cortisol?

    I found this somewhat disappointing.
Most of his answers were very vague and abrupt. He didn’t even answer basic questions such as the best fat ratio – instead talked about re-starting his newsletter?
Couldn’t even answer his favorite carb source?

Better off finding most of this info elsewhere
