2-3 minutes read

A bit of housekeeping for the Power Athlete community.

For years, Johnnie WOD has been part of the Power Athlete family. A training system built to forge savage capacity, grit, and athletic performance.

But here’s the deal, Power Athlete has always been the engine driving it. Johnnie WOD isn’t a separate company or side project. It’s one of the many training systems we’ve built under the Power Athlete banner, alongside Jacked Street, Field Strong, and HAMR.

So to keep everything under one roof, we are officially renaming our Facebook Page from “Johnnie WOD” to “Power Athlete.” Same people. Same mission. Same no-BS approach to performance. Just streamlined, because Power Athlete is, and always has been, the mothership.

If you’ve been following Johnnie WOD, you’re already part of the Power Athlete community. Nothing changes for you except the name at the top.

Power Athlete is the master brand. Johnnie WOD, along with other programs like Jacked Street and Field Strong, operates under the Power Athlete training system umbrella.
