Whether you’re a 10 year NFL veteran, collegiate athlete, desk jockey, or hard hat warrior, we are all faced with moments in our life that define not just who we are, but who we will become. John talks you through the inspiration behind his latest Talk To Me Johnnie blog post, “8 Mile“, and shares his “8 Mile moment” that changed the course of his life.

Go and read the post now >>

What’s as good, if not better than the story behind the story? Is the story behind the story behind the story. Those who’ve sat with John at any length whether it be at a seminar, over a meal, or in the car know that there is absolutely no harnessing where the conversation will go next. Keeping him on track to film a 2 – 3 minute video not only turns into a 10 minute production, but it also takes you down some rabbit holes. Sometimes those have to do with what we are talking about, other times it’s in a TOTALLY different direction.

Sit back and enjoy a few tangents we hit during other takes!

@john great post. As I look back at my life I see tons of 8 mile moments. Thanks for the analogy.

I feel like you’ve had 8 mile moments since your NFL career as well. Starting CFFB, Power Athlete, PowerCast, etc. you’ve motivated thousands of people including me to give our best everyday to work our hardest. I appreciate all that you and your team do. I love what Power Athlete stands for. I know that I will always have a place to go to find amazing programming that’s been tested by the best. In my line of work I need to be strong and fast and be the last one standing. I know that this program will enable me to do that. Thank you for that. My wife and kids also thank you.
