Owen dives deep on the role of his father, rugby culture in New Zealand, and elite longevity.
We’ve got an absolute powerhouse joining us on today’s episode, none other than the rugby titan himself, Owen Franks—two-time World Cup champion, certified beast, and former cornerstone of the legendary New Zealand All Blacks. This guy didn’t just play the game; he redefined what it means to be a relentless force on the field.
Owen’s journey didn’t end when he hung up the boots. Retirement might’ve stopped his days in the black jersey, but it didn’t stop the grind. Today, we’re diving into life after rugby and what it takes to pivot when the stadium lights go off but the fire in your belly keeps burning.
We’re also unveiling his collaboration with Power Athlete, where Owen channels the commitment to strength, discipline, and relentless improvement that defined his career. Together, we’re taking that All Blacks’ ethos of excellence and adapting it to empower you to dominate in your battles, whatever they are. Tune in, lean forward, and get ready to learn from one of the greats who knows a thing or two about breaking limits and rewriting the rules.
