Throughout the Power Athlete Methodology course you have been exposed to ideas that lay a foundation to unlocking the athletic potential of the novice. These ideas were supported by strength and conditioning principles and the setup and execution of Primal movement patterns. You also learned an optimal programming approach for fostering athleticism with Bedrock, and how to manage an athlete on this program. Below we highlight the key ideas of the Methodology course and also the skills and representations you will need to know entering the Power Athlete Certified Coach's Test.

The purpose of this study guide is to prepare you for the Certified Coach's Test with a general framework to answer questions based on the ideas, skills and representations you've learned. This should help you recognize the types of questions that may be presented, and how to approach selecting an appropriate answer.
