“If you really want to grow, learn to be as inquisitive as a child. Curious people are never bored.”
How can I describe Matt Vincent? While he’s crazy strong and built his reputation on being a Highland Games World Champion, he’s evolved. This is what we love so much about Matt. He’s an adventurer, a philosopher, and ever curious. Disproving the moniker of “meathead”, Matt’s always looking for ways to expand his mind and body in the most accessible ways. Get to know him in this week’s chat.
A conversation between John Welbourn and Matt Vincent is like a confusing, yet entertaining, web of deep thoughts, conspiracy theories, some legitimate strength and conditioning advice, and personal confessions. When you get two people like them, who are as curious about this rapidly changing world as they are, the discussion never disappoints.
