1 Hour 51 Minute Listen

As NFL season kicks off Nick Hardwick joins us to talk all things football.

Former Centre for San Diego Chargers, Nick Hardwick may coach football now rather than playing it but that doesn’t mean he’s any less dedicated to his training. Exercise really is the best medicine.

Tune in as he shares his approach to coaching high school athletes, the highs and lows of playing at a professional level and how he stayed on top of his game for 11 years.
