WHAT IS REMOTE COACHING?
Coaching with a peronal touch. One of our certified Power Athlete Coaches will tailor bespoke programming to your specific training goals.
Power Athlete Coaches have only one goal for their athletes: to take them to a level of performance that they could never take themselves. No matter the goal we are here for you. Our remote coaching option is for the athlete, rec league mvp, baller, surfer, lifter, or the desk jockey wanting to change their life.

A PERSONAL COACH*
We start with an initial consultation for you to meet your coach, and for us to get to know you on every level so we can put together a program specifically for you.
MOVEMENT ASSESSMENT
Film yourself completing 3 movement assessment sessions and get feedback on your deficiencies. These assessments will help us identify your limiting factors and tailor corrective work specifically to your needs.
BESPOKE PROGRAMMING
You will receive a tailored 8 week program designed specifically for you, your availability, your equipment, your skill level, to accomplish your goals.
