WHAT IS THE WARM UP SERIES?
Power Athlete’s Warm Up Series takes the guesswork out of warming up. We have built easy to follow, fun to complete full body warm ups that pair with any type of training program.
Get a feel for our bar warm ups, plyo warm ups, sprint warm ups, and our proprietary Dynamic Warm ups. If you are wasting sets and reps warming up then you are wasting valuable training time! Prime that CNS before you train so every set, and every rep counts.
The Warm Up Series is perfect for gym goers and garage-gymers who are sick and tired of their warm up routine, or coaches and trainers looking to mix things up for their classes and clients.
Our full body approach to movement prep pairs with any training program. Add the program to your training calendar in TrainHeroic, and complete the work before you training session or on your active recovery days.

Every day you will have Warm Up and Dynamic Movement Prep. This the tempo for the day and ensure that you are prepared for the physiological demand ahead in the day’s training.
There are two levels of Strength Work for the beginner and the advanced participant. Here we strengthen posture and position with heavy weights.
Finally, there is the Field Work. This could be any combination HIIT training, cardio, metcon, plyos, weightlifting, sprints, or strong man. The scaling, volume and intensity of Field Work is designed to prepare you for the physical and mental demands found in ALL field sports.

The warm ups get you sweaty and ready. The DMP Series consists of our proprietary movements that not only get you sweaty and ready, they drastically improve your ability to move. We're building tensile strength, tension to task ability, mobility, stability, and coordination through space!
