A long time ago.
You think you know The Power Athlete HQ Crew? Think you’ve heard all the stories? Think again. This week a very special episode takes you deep into the history and untold stories of the PA Crew. That’s right, friends. Three glorious hours of incriminating shit has been carefully edited down to a digestible 2 hours of moderately embarrassing shit. Join Luke and Tex on this adventure down memory lane, unearthing some of the dirty secrets from the office, gym, and on the road.
Learn how the PA philosophy was developed as the result of numerous scribbled on bar napkins, long departure gate debriefs, and hundreds of interviews with people a lot smarter than us. It’s like the rise of a great religion where everyone gets jacked instead of saved. This Memorial weekend we remember service and sacrifice. Why not also wax nostalgic with us and step into the hot tub time machine that is Power Athlete Radio.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.
No really, it’s time. Whether you’re like Luke and I who relocated across the country or Tex who took every internship opportunity possible, some people have a passion for coaching and performance that motivates them to do crazy things. When you have the balls to let that passion drive you, you end up taking the risks worth taking and inevitably intersecting with the people worth knowing. Perhaps you’ll find yourself en route to Texas or Florida start your journey with Power Athlete or another training system. Either way, if you’re sitting back listening to this wearing nothing but your PA socks and some free Kill Cliff sunglasses thinking “Cali is right”, it’s because I’m fucking right. Fuel the fire, my friend.

Fun to be in DC at that time when the Unicorn shirt debut.
I hope “butt stuff for time” is still a thing.
The most disturbing thing about this episode is the revelation that my first Cert was basically taught by green noobs. How did we all not die?
This was great. Tex’s comment about ” sleeveless Under Armours” was fucking priceless.
