IF YOU BUILD IT, THEY WILL TRAIN
Gunnar Peterson [@GunnarFitness] built his business building bodies. Not only is he one of the most well reputed personal trainers in the industry, he is a hilarious dude. By combining his interpersonal skills with his love for training he was able to create a unique product that led him to the likes of the LA Lakers.
Gunnar has over 25 years of experience which is decent but more to the point, his philosophy is sound and his knowledge is legit. Hear about some of the hurdles Gunnar faced early on in his career and advice that he’s received that have aided in his resilience.
Do not confuse “personal trainer” with “life coach” or Gunnar Peterson will set you straight. For a professional like himself, he knows where his expertise lies and despite many clients over his nearly 25 year career, he has never strayed from his passion for performance. In his words, you cannot be 50% trainer and 50% therapist. You are simply not qualified nor should you pretend to be. This and so much more knowledge about the long game of personal training. For a guy who works almost exclusively with celebrities and professional athletes, he’s certainly not an asshole.
EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

And as promised, I have another random reason for you to attend the PA Symposium this year on Dec 7, 8, & 9 in Austin, TX. If you are a fitness or sport coach, write it off! Just write off the whole trip. The ticket? Write it off. Transportation? Write that shit off too. 27 beers? Beers are expensive so i spoke with your accountant and he said you should also write that off. Do I know what a write off is? No. But they do. And they are the ones writing it off….
