Hey it seems like y’all were being purposely vague about the “original argument” about the Olympic variants or the argument for the full movements, but I’d really like to read the article just to see the other side

    Thanks

We are just getting a hang of this internet thing…. consider it growing pains

Bad ass intro…thanks again Ingo B..
    Kkotz- cool dude, thanks!
Ry- we’ll work on it. It is difficult sometimes for modern day equipment to transmit clearly words spoken at the level of “coolness” as they are spoken on PA Radio….

Yeah, apologies for the quality – it’s an internet communication between 3, sometimes 4 people. I think it’s become a bandwidth issue. Working on way to sort it out.

Folks, you got it all wrong. Luke and co. were actually underwater the entire time. Talk about elite breath control.

Thanks a lot for answering my question! I’ll have to add squatting heavy to the recovery regimen.

Looks like I need to bring another suitcase to fit 100 lacrosse balls and roll around on them too. I could quit my job if there’s an opening on the Power Athlete staff. Just saying…
