40 Minute Listen
In this episode the Crew dials the voicemail to answer a question from a loyal Power Athlete Radio listener:
Hey power athlete radio, this is Fig Newton coming at you. I have a question for John and the crew… This is regarding John’s “20 Inch Arms in 5 Weeks” blog post. What was the inspiration 20-inch arm program. Was it just a trip down memory lane for John? Secondly, what is the crew and John’s top three arm exercises for either a program like this month or alternatively just to throw in at the end of random training days or in a more structured approach.
Byyyyyee.
Tending to the Arm Farm
If your arms are too big, too defined, and too vascular, you can skip out on this episode. For the rest of you, tune in now for instantaneous arm gains. In standard fashion, the answer to this question is accompanied with never before heard NFL stories from John, plus movie references and questionably relevant banter from the entire crew.
Some of you may be shocked by the origin of “John’s 20 inch arms” program. It served a very real purpose during his NFL career, and it’s sad to see that so many players today just don’t get it.
