Brandon Cullen joins to talk hockey, head injuries, high performance & CrossFit failings.
This week, I’m sitting down with Brandon Cullen, former pro hockey player turned fitness innovator behind MADabolic. We get into the trenches of his life on the ice, the battle scars he picked up (including head injuries), and how he’s attacking brain trauma recovery with the same intensity he brought to the rink. I throw down some of my own hard learned lessons on healing brain trauma.
We also rip into the MADabolic story: why Brandon built it, how it’s flipping the group fitness game on its head, and what makes it a total outlier in a crowded market. This episode is a masterclass in grit, recovery, and carving out something unapologetically badass.
