Lauren Fritsch, founder of New Amsterdam Genomics, takes us to the edge of human performance and personal data. Lauren and her team are rewriting the playbook on what your DNA can tell you, and how that information changes as science catches up to your unique genetic code.
I put my own DNA on the line as Lauren walks us through how New Amsterdam Genomics continuously updates your genetic insights with real-time research, revealing everything from newly discovered disease indicators to overlooked markers for performance and recovery. We get into the evolution of sequencing tech, how early results can become outdated, and why this matters more than ever if you’re serious about performance, longevity, or just staying ahead of the genetic curve.
