| Ep 480 – Manly Manners and Welbourn Family Wisdom

Author / John

54 Min Listen

Two things remain irretrievable: time and a first impression.

Old fashion rules for a first impression like look people in the eye, shake their hand, say your name and repeat their name seem to be losing value virtually. These simple lessons from parents to avoid lost interactions and leave lasting impressions are challenged with the expansion of opportunity to connect with people over the interwebs.

John regales experiences from growing up in the Welbourn household helping in the kitchen, how to dress proper, and the art of the first impression. Listen in for the character traits he aims to empower his kids with refusing to allow technology to be an excuse for poor manners.
