We can all admire someones ability to overcome injury and physical pain but it’s few who dare to tackle their inner demons to repair their heart and mental health. That’s where renowned powerlifter Brandon Lilly stands apart. In this episode you’ll hear his views on identity, masculinity, virtue, and more. Hearing his personal journey will only lead you to respect his carefully formed opinions on these matters.
Brandon Lilly may be best known for his incredible Powerlifting career, but to those who know him best, that was just the beginning of the journey. Since a catastrophic injury, he has reshaped himself from the inside out, focusing on accountability and virtue first. These traits have carried him into his current position with Sorinex and no doubt given him life PR’s that can simply not be quantified.
