Successful preparation for the hardcore goal of SOF Assessment and Selection.
Fortune favors the bold. At Power Athlete we love big goals, especially ones connected to training and pushing your limits as a human being.
This week’s hotline question is from a dude gearing up for a hardcore goal of entering into Special Forces Assessment and Selection, a 21-day long test of the body and mind. He has been training on Power Athlete training for 2 years, and now he is finally putting the training to the test. There are some finer things he needs to dial before shipping off, so tune in as John and Tex help prepare this young man for long, heavy rucks and mentally surviving the mountain he’s staring up.
