Author / John

1 Hour 18 Minute Listen

How to set Firefighters up for peak performance.

Firefighter culture is unique and no one knows it quite as well as career first responder, Anette Zapp. First responders see and do some crazy sh*t – far more than the general population. Long hours and trauma set the stage for poor mental and physical health. Annette is here to remind us of the Wellness deficit that exists within that community and what YOU can do about it. Light a FIRE, a figurative fire in Wellness.
