Breathless Gains: Unlocking Hyperbaric Power with Dr. Joe Dituri.
Giving your body more oxygen isn’t some fringe wellness hack. It’s biology 101. Oxygen fuels performance, recovery, and longevity. It’s not ‘alternative’; it’s fundamental. And that’s exactly why we’re diving back into the deep end with a reboot of one of our favourite episodes with Dr. Joe Dituri—our hyperbaric hero who’s been making waves in the world of high-pressure science.
If you’ve caught previous episodes, you know I’ve spent some serious time in the hyperbaric chamber, I’m not just sipping the oxygen Kool-Aid—I’m guzzling it. But with all that time sealed in a tube, things got…introspective. Alone with only my own terrifying thoughts and more questions than ever, I’m ready to grill Dr. Dituri on everything hyperbarics: the science, the skepticism, and the real-world application for athletes, operators, and everyday warriors.
What happens when you spend 90 minutes a day in a hyperbaric chamber? Can it really amplify performance, speed up recovery, and sharpen your mental game? Or are we all just chasing dragon’s breath? Dr. Dituri’s the man with the answers.
