How Jiu-Jitsu builds unstoppable resilience with Arash Soofiani.

We’re bringing the heat with Power Athlete’s resident Dragon Slayer, Arash Soofiani. A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and modern-day warrior, Arash sits down with me to explore how the mats are a microcosm for life, teaching us resilience, humility, and grit.

From the sweaty grind of daily rolls to the moments of brutal self-realization, we dive deep into what BJJ can teach us about personal growth and navigating the chaos of life. We share hard-earned lessons from the dojo and beyond, unpacking how physical mastery connects to mental fortitude—and why the pursuit of health is the ultimate long game.

Tune in to hear how jiu-jitsu forces you to face your fears, embrace discomfort, and sharpen your edge, both on and off the mats. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or new to the game, this conversation will challenge you to rethink what it means to be strong and resilient.
