WOD harder than me, bro.

What do Johnnie WOD [@JohnnieWOD] and Dirk Diggler have in common? Everything. Don’t take your “fitness” self too serious and just WOD hard, bro. This week John talks a little year-in-review recounting the history of the Boogie Nights inspired, tongue in cheek, program.

John also reflects on how his perspective has changed potentially as a result of treating his brain through diet. His passion for building faster machines and improving his personal shortcomings top the list of 2019 goals. Our last episode of 2018 is more than a damn snack.

EMPOWER YOUR PERFORMANCE.

We are wrapping up 2018 with a killer lineup of former podcast guests. I’m curious as to who you’d like to hear from again or who you haven’t heard from yet. Who is your ideal podcast guest? If you have someone in mind please shoot me an email at Cali@PowerAthleteHQ.com. We are always looking to pick the brain of someone new and Manson someone into being our friend.
