Author / John

2 Hour Listen

Former Navy SEAL Mike Sarraille on what makes a leader & making difficult decisions under pressure.

I had the honor of sitting down with Mike Sarraille, an ex-Navy SEAL, who has spent his life in the crucible of high-stakes leadership. We explored what it really means to lead under extreme pressure and how the lessons from elite military units apply to civilian leaders looking to foster stronger, more resilient teams.

Mike’s been on the front lines, both in combat and in business, so when he talks about leadership, trust, and mental resilience, you’re hearing hard-earned wisdom. This conversation dives into the core principles that shape how top-tier teams, like the SEALs, operate at the highest level—and how these same principles can transform any team environment.

This conversation will leave you fired up and ready to tackle your own leadership challenges head-on. Whether you’re in the boardroom, on the field, or in the trenches of everyday life, Mike Sarraille’s insights will resonate.

Tune in and get ready to take your leadership to the next level.
