Sean Waxman joins the pod to talk about the link between confidence and resilience.

This week legendary coach, Sean Waxman, joins me to dive into his new book and cover some heavy topics—confidence, depression, and the emotional challenges men face today. It’s no secret that men are struggling, whether it’s the pressure to perform, feelings of isolation, or the weight of expectation.

Sean shares his personal insights on how getting in shape is more than physical—it’s the foundation for emotional survival. Plus, we dig into his training regimen, mental toughness, and why discipline under the bar translates to confidence in life.

This episode will hit you in the gut and leave you fired up, not just to get stronger physically but to handle your emotional battles like a warrior.
